Nora Sorn

Program Manager, Cambodia

Nora Sorn is a public health professional with experience in program coordination, health systems strengthening, and community-based health initiatives in Cambodia. She has worked closely with government counterparts, development partners, and local communities to support the implementation of evidence-based health programs, particularly in immunization, maternal and child health, and health education. Before joining Seva Foundation, Nora contributed to projects funded by international organizations and donors, supporting program planning, monitoring, reporting, capacity building, and stakeholder engagement. She is passionate about improving equitable access to quality healthcare services and strengthening sustainable health systems. Nora holds a background in public health and is committed to collaborative, people-centered approaches that create meaningful impact for communities.
