Caroline Hennessy is a nonprofit fundraising executive with more than 15 years of global experience building philanthropy programs and securing transformational funding for organizations advancing animal rights, global health, environmental sustainability, peace and justice. Throughout her career, she has raised more than $30 million in philanthropic support while leading development strategy through periods of growth, change, and organizational transition. She is committed to community-led solutions to create lasting impact. She is grateful for the opportunity to learn from colleagues from all over the world. 

Caroline lives in New York City with her lionhearted daughter and gang of rescue pets. Whatever country she’s in, her favorite place is outside.  She does her best to support the local wildlife in rural Queens, tries to raise tomatoes in low light, and keeps working on perfecting her hummus.
