Billy’s fundraising career spans more than 20 years. He’s worked at the Haas School of Business, the Institute of Noetic Sciences, Sutter Health, and many others. His passion for non-profits stems from his mother’s belief in giving selflessly to others. It was a natural transition when he happened upon Seva. 

Billy immigrated from Vietnam at the age of eight and is now a Bay Area native of over 30 years. He has two children, daughter Ashlinh and son Ryan. He enjoys activities such as basketball, scuba diving and water rafting.
